Consulting during decision-making
To support your decisions, we share our know-how on performance, stability, functional safety, security, and hardware requirements. We help with requirements specifications and effort estimation.
Software development
We develop the complete product or selected parts of it for you, for example the control board, the operating system, device drivers, applications, cloud connectivity, or continuous integration with test systems.
Support for manufacturing and validation
For manufacturing we develop interfaces, documentation, and act as a technical contact. Our manufacturing partner receives support and all required solutions for validation and assembly.
Maintenance and lifecycle care
We handle maintenance and lifecycle care for you using the latest technologies. For example, we can deploy our remote maintenance and telemetry system for your devices.

Telemetry
Field data collection, performant and efficient
Successful telemetry requires both security and performance. With our solution, the security level is optimized for performance depending on data sensitivity. A suitable file system with the right partitioning ensures proper load distribution. The result is a system that remains stable and responsive at all times.
Trusted Platform
Copy protection (sealing), tamper resistance, data encryption
Software is bound to a specific hardware platform. That hardware can be a dedicated Trusted Platform Module (TPM 2.0) or an SoC-integrated approach such as ARM TrustZone with secure elements and secure boot. Learn more...
Secure cloud connectivity
Security infrastructure and integration
With the help of a Trusted Platform, secure cloud connectivity can be implemented. Even with very limited resources (CPU, RAM, Flash), we achieve certifiable secure communication with the cloud. By choosing the right protocol and compression, we increase data throughput for devices in the field. We also provide a ready-to-use infrastructure as a self-hosted solution.
System bring-up service
Getting new hardware up and running
Bootloader and operating system are adapted and started for the first time. With experience and precision we use JTAG, analyzers, and oscilloscopes, run memory tests, tune settings, fully exploit debugging capabilities, and provide feedback and solution proposals for the hardware when needed.
Software update
Cloud-based over-the-air or via USB, SD card, Bluetooth, CAN, Modbus, network, serial
A fail-safe software update keeps security and functionality up to date. For devices in the field equipped with a Trusted Platform, our cloud update (over-the-air update) transfers only the changed data. With intermediate compression, we achieve data rates that can keep up with storage media. For devices without cloud access, we also offer a tamper-resistant update process via storage media such as USB or SD card, as well as update options via communication interfaces such as Bluetooth, CAN bus, Modbus and local network.
Web-based UI
Graphical touch user interface
State-of-the-art user interfaces achieve a very high level of user acceptance. With a web-based UI, you have full flexibility to choose the framework that offers the best user experience for your users. With our embedded server and well-documented API, high-performance UIs can be built with very little effort. This website itself was developed in exactly that way using Vue.js and the Quasar UI framework.

From the evaluation and selection of the components to driver development and application integration, we incorporate all components into our development process.
